Officials never gave this detail about him speaking english. It is the media that has misrepresented facts. I hope whatever that Joint investigation is soon formed and investigate throughly the Pakistani links and terrorists behind this.
I just saw an interview on CNN-IBN of Pranab Mukherjee, Foreign minsiter of India, he categorically said Pakistan has not proposed about this officially to the GoI but is doing through the media. So, GoP should soon talk with GoI and Vice versa and fix this issue sooner than later.

If the Indians are so confident, why did they not bring this Ajmal guy in front of the international media and let him speak his mind? Why is RAW scared of such exposure? If this guy can actually 'write' a letter to the Pakistan HC in Delhi, why not produce him in front of a independent journalist panel who can ask him questions, independently and for the whole world to see?

Why should we believe the Indian agencies and GoI whilst form Day 1 they had been barking out the name of Pakistan without any investigation or evidence? And what is this 'weight of massive evidence'? bullshit? Indians do not have a shred of evidence or solid proof that can hold in a court of law ti implicate anyone let alone Pakistan.

Just so that you know, Ajmal was interrogated by FBI, Scotland Yard and Israeli agencies and much of the evidence has already been shared with them. He doesn't write letter, some body else wrote for him.

It will be foolish to bring him in public, he is such a high value target, it is too risky. When the case is sub-judice, suspects are not allowed to talk to press, not just this case but in any case.

You will know about the proof, you have to be patient, investigation has to be completed to make it a water-tight case.

It explains either it wasn't Kasab and a lookalike and those pictures were posed and were leaked.

Those pictures are of awfully good quality to have been taken off Indian CCTV. Even the London bombers who were caught on CCTV gave out grainy images. They're probably Posed!

This is not something the media came up with. A lawyer has come forward as the key witness who was dealing with Ajmal's case.

AN, the IF the UN actually conducted some sort of its own investigation it would've found different facts too.

Oh well, I've worked on CCTV camera installations, I know the DVR requirements (if India is even using DVR), storing hi-res videos/images is just not an option.
