Exclusive: Satellite Images Hint At Renewed China Threat In Doklam

The Chinese solution to solving PR problems is great - see a disputed area and need sympathy.. build and settle a village overnight.
Now its established land with families.

No Panga with Pangda

Wish the Pakistanis took this approach too rather than depending on the "international community" to settle our affairs...

We already have a fully settled region of Kashmir.

Nice that's the extent the Chinese will go.CCP cannot fight

Don't understand why this could become a thread on the Indian Defense Forum.

This is just part of the China government's poverty alleviation program in the Yadong County. The new village (~2,000m in altitude), will become the home of 27households / 100 people, who used to be living in the high altitude areas (~4,500m in altitude).

Construction of the Pangda Village was started in Dec. 2019, and completed in May 2020, with a 2.5-month pause in between due to Covid. The buildings in Pangda are using the steel frame structure, supplied by Baosteel.

The Pangda village project is financed by Shanghai.
