I have seen the interview, he did not state Pakistan created The Pakistani Taliban. He said they helped create and fund the Afghan Taliban.
He also said we should applaud the Taliban fro resisting a foreign invasion, not referring to to the TTP.

No country would end relations with Pakistan because of this interview. ADB, IMF, WB wiall not end their operations with Pakistan because of this interview.
