So in the 70s and 80s you guys thought ok well they have money thats why they dont see us equal, so you work hard and send thousands of hard working Code Coolies to western countries to make India rich, they earn minimum pays (for that category of jobs) and send money home, India counted that money as export. So, bank balance started getting bigger. Now Indians thought huh now they will consider us equal...but we still didnt....so now comes a barrage of "We have money now" , from every Indian politician, from every Indian we see and from every India TV channels yelling "look we have more money now"....we still brush you off...still not equal

You are the one mocking at our IT workforce.Do you know our IT domestic revenue alone close to 60 Billion yearly including export approx 110 Billion?All that despite of exporting so called highest earner "Code Coolies"..That 170 Billion doesn't even contribute to our GDP a double digit..

You can say same about China with all manufacturing industries based there. Even your CPEC has Chinese machines and workforce which will be retained by China after completion whilst giving you huge interest rate to pay back like Hambantota, Sri Lanka.

The Indian companies should shut shop in Singapore and setup offices in India, let Singapore import services from India, only then will they realise that their policies are counter productive.
Indian IT professionals will always find job because they are very much qualified and are ready to work for less as compared to an American or Singaporean.
