The timeline is connected to KSA capability to replace Iran. Agreements already signed for this eventuality (at least with Spain).

You right, fairness has got nothing to do with it. If this was the criteria, then the entire international order was completely different and hardly more positive for the current regime of Iran.

I still think that India will eventually join the embargo as it is already an active partner in the international pressure on Iran.
