Complete and utter nonsense. Arabs of the Mashriq (Arab Near East) are almost identical genetically to Peninsular Arabs. Nor do they have any "European in them". In fact it is the other way around. Southern Europeans have Arab/Semitic/MIddle Eastern ancestry in abundance due to Middle Eastern Neolithic farmers from the Arab world colonizing half of Europe. That is why the Arab world and Europe (Southern in particular), Caucasus etc. share the same haplogroups with the main one being Haplogroup J.

Contrary to PDF, Arabs have more allies in the Muslim world than anybody else and much more influence historically be it civilizational, cultural, linguistic, religious, genetic etc. All of Sahel, Sub-Saharan Africa, Horn of Africa, South East Asia (the largest non-native ethnic group in Indonesia is Arab and Chinese, 5 million of Arab origin alone) have tremendous ties with Arabs people to people.
