The Egyptian junta released Hosni Mubarak who ruled for decades, corrupt and responsible for deaths of protestors. While Mursi who ruled only one year has been jailed. Pakistan must also take lead and demand release of Mursi.

They charged him with espionage and treason against Egypt with Qatar! So identifying Qatar as an enemy state, Yet doing this after few months:

Also check the many deaths that happened in Egypt after his kidnapping.
And the many TV channels and Media outlets censored/taken off the air.
And how he lied when he said he won't go for the presidency.
They blamed Morsi for every mistake and problem that happened in Egypt during his 1 year presidency, they magnified every little mistake, they even said his presidency is void with the first drop of blood, disregarding everything else, they always said "Hes the president hes responsible"
Well I agree with them, Now that Sisi is president the country is in a worst situation, blame Sisi regardless of anything else, be consistent and be true to your principles, and stop demonizing anyone who stand up against the dictator..

The charges are ridiculous and he should be free.

Let alone Sisi's support of the Syrian regime, when Morsi supported the Syrian revolution.

This is the biggest mistake (morally and strategically) that KSA committed in the past 10 years. Thank God we're seeing changes right now regarding Egypt, even though it's too late to make any real progress.

I said it as soon as it was clear that the military out commit a coup, Mubarak is going to walk free, and Morsi will either be exiled (for Sisi to save face), or face the death penalty (to consolidate the military's power).

The Mubarak era never ended, it merely suffered a set back.

It's called bull$hitting, the trail is merely an excuse to get the people calm down. There will be nothing more than a few court appearances and a lengthy trial which will last for years and he will either cleared again or the trial will end with Mubarak's death due to old age.

Zilch, the new Egyptian administration is probably willing to wait out until Erdogan leaves office before restoring ties. Both deep states want the restoration of ties but Erdo is the one continually throwing a spanner in the works, for example at the UN last year.

Actually you can do a lot from prison, but that's another matter all together.

The same fear was present before the 2011 revolution and against Morsi. Yet massive protests did happen, as did incredibly small ones (mainly lead by many of the same activists that now rot in prison). Political parties themselves in Egypt whether to the left or to the right have incredibly small grass roots support, their reliance is on the undecided and apolitical Egyptian, the so called sofa party, to have successful large scale protests.

We need to admit that Egypt situation is not a perfect people power situation, it is more like Military help to topple Mubarak. Something different with Indonesia and Tunisia case in which military power didnt have any role at their people power context. In Indonesia, it was Soeharto's own ministers and Parliament members who force Soeharto to resign after university student conquered Parliament building in 1998.

Mate the thing is Erdo has recently been selected as President and he is gonna stay for five years and probably will be selected for the second term which makes 10 years.

Other than that there will be parliamentary elections in July 2015. Problem is against AKP, there are two main opposition parties.

- MHP with Devlet Bahçeli as it's leader lost 12 elections against AKP.
- CHP with Kemal kılıçdaroğlu as it's leader lost 9 elections against AKP.

They are continuing with their leaders. Opposition really sucks big time, there are no other political parties which can challenge AKP. So, everybody expects AKP to win this election too.

I don't understand Erdoğan. MB is gone, region shaped differently. We need to reevaluate the political situation and act in according to Turkey's interests. His pro-MB stance doesn't benefits Turkey.
