I have nothing against badri, its just that rahane has a far better first class average than him, and he does not play half his first class matches on pata chennai pitches. Pls consider my argument considering all four players, the chennai connection is absolutely clear.

I understand. I dont support murali vijay either. He have given his chances. And Mukund is woefully out of form now.
But Badri is always a class act. He should be given chances. Tailor made for Test cricket. But Dhoni always overlooked him for Raina (another Chennai player).
He has been in wings from his age of 25, but not given chances. Badri too have an avg of 60+. Mike Hussey made his debut at 31.
And afraid Tiwary might go the way of Badri, as dhoni dont give him chances. Rahane will be a good opener. Time to axe Gambhir.
