Endorsing Sheikh Mujeeb: West Pakistan politicos looted Bengalis, says K-P CM

I have reported his account several times. I had made a detailed post observing his behaviour in PDF in one of the threads but it got deleted in the website hack earlier this year. @Bilal9 @TopCat @BDforever @Doyalbaba @bongbang can relate.
Only purpose he serves here is to lick his hindustani master's ball and put down Bangladesh at every opportunity.Either he is a pure west bengali or a rare type of Bangladeshi hindu whose allegiance lies across the border.

HARIPUR: Accusing politicians of causing great harm to the country, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak on Saturday endorsed Bangladesh founder Sheikh Mujeeb’s statement that Islamabad’s roads were probably being built through revenue earned from Chittagong’s jute fields.

“Sheikh Mujeeb was very right in saying that we, the politicians from West Pakistan, looted Bengalis and deprived them of their rights. The pace of development is fast in Bangladesh now as they have improved their system of governance and are now among few developing nations,” Khattak said. The K-P CM was addressing different public gatherings in Ghazi, Haripur and Havelian areas.

He said politicians were responsible for harming the social and economic fabric of the country as they introduced corruption and nepotism, took ‘commissions’ in uplift schemes of public welfare and meddled in the affairs of government departments. “Even our enemy India has failed to do in the last 70 years what we have done to this country,” he said.

Khattak said transparency, good governance, honest leadership and elimination of corruption and ‘sifarish culture’ were the key ingredients of pro-people policy and real development.

He said the ANP-led previous coalition government in K-P handed the PTI a province, riddled with imbroglios of destructed infrastructure, terrorism, targeted killings, kidnapping and corruption.

“They [the ANP government] were selling tenders of road construction for 10% commission. The also sold jobs in police, health, education and revenue departments,” Khatak said. However, he said, the PTI was voted to power for bringing change and it has brought about desired changes within three years.

Referring to his government’s Right to Services law, he said it was meant to end ‘sifarish’ and corruption from government departments but this goal could only be achieved when the people cooperate with the government by pinpointing the corrupt and gathering evidence against them.

He said the PTI government had hired 40,000 new teachers for filling the vacant posts in schools and appointed doctors and nurses in hospitals. He said the government allocated Rs12 billion for providing missing facilities in the educational institutions and Rs12 billion for increasing doctors’ salaries. “In order to improve healthcare facilities, obsolete and out of order hospital machinery will be brought by December this year,” he added.

He expressed confidence that the PTI would again return to power with the support of the masses. The way his government had delivered has no precedence in the country’s 70-year history. While announcing development schemes for Haripur district, the CM approved a medical college in Ghazi tehsil, announcing Rs300 million for different developmental schemes and upgrading of Ghazi Hospital.

He also announced construction of higher secondary school for girls in Kotehra union council, upgrading of Khanpur as tehsil, Rs150 million for beautification of Haripur city, land for graveyards and acceleration of construction work on Rs290 millions project of Women and Children Hospital Haripur.

PTI media cell denies reference to East Pakistan

When contacted, the head of the PTI Central Media Department Iftikhar Durrani denied Khattak made any statement mentioning East Pakistan or Mujibur Rehman. He referred to the official PTI handout of Khattak’s address wherein there was no mention of the statement in question. Durrani added that PTI owns ‘whatever is written in the official handout’.

First of all, why change the title to Pukhtoon CM Pervaiz Khattak. Just for that i have reported you.

Secondly lets say he did say these things, lets break them into smaller chucks to analyze

Islamabad’s roads were probably being built through revenue earned from Chittagong’s jute fields.

Even if its true, so whats wrong with that? Chittagong was part of Pakistan and the revenue earned from the products of Pakistan were being spent on the roads of Pakistan.

“Sheikh Mujeeb was very right in saying that we, the politicians from West Pakistan, looted Bengalis and deprived them of their rights. The pace of development is fast in Bangladesh now as they have improved their system of governance and are now among few developing nations,”

Well I don't agree that we looted Bengalis, but yes the politicians did deprive them of their basic right, which was the right to choose who will lead the country. Also isn't it true that Bangladesh is now developing faster than Pakistan, so many of the textiles mills have shut down shop in Pakistan and moved them over to Bangladesh.

politicians were responsible for harming the social and economic fabric of the country as they introduced corruption and nepotism, took ‘commissions’ in uplift schemes of public welfare and meddled in the affairs of government departments.

Who can disagree with this statement? its 100% accurate

The rest is him doing a normal speech that PTI will correct these and come back to power again

Have you ever come across a false flagger that has admitted to being one? :P

No, seriously I am Bangladeshi Muslim. Why will I disguise as Bangladeshi when I am really Bangladeshi? You can't fool others for long. If I was Indian I would have come up with Indian flag.

Ask the PDF members about Bangladesh. PDF Bangladeshis don't represent real Bangladeshis. I think you also know it very well that we are nice people.

I like you people overall in real life which is why I will give you the benefit of the doubt.

But you seem to have upset your countrymen almost unanimously across the board....so maybe you should introspect as to why.

I know you have defended your country strongly when I challenged it in the tourism thread some time back...so who you are is not something I personally question or really care about.

Anyway maybe you can identify certain things that you know that only BD muslim people will know (as compared to an Indian Bengali). Of course only if you care about convincing your countrymen on this board. They are quite a skewed lot given its a defence board.

Good enough, make 20 provinces of 1 crore population each..
20 are too many, this image is my work, all together 13 provinces plus 1 federal territory (Islamabad)

Had something similar been said by an MQM member or any Sindhi, the thaikaydaars and jingoists would have been shouting traitor traitor by now.

But since this a**hole Pervez Khattak is from KPK and a PTI youthiya, he is being spared by the bloggers here.

RAW propaganda machine at work, they know Pakistani will fall for anything against Punjab and they have used it successfully in 71.

Agreed, the sons of soil get away with far more. Another great example would be Achaksai, another traitor who sits in the parliament and barks against Pakistan. I wonder when Rangers will raid his house?

At times I am surprised at the loyalty shown by the Migrants after watching what was done to the Bengalis- Then I realize what other options do they have-

The CM made a correct comment that corruption and very selfish governance was a key cause of the angst and freedom struggle for the Bangladeshi people, but his comment is in context to the current situation as well. The Hegemony of certain provinces does continue but that is also due to political feudalism which never went away after the death of MA Jinnah.

But
What kind of an shallow minded and hateful person thinks that a comment referencing a historical allegation on misuse of resources by the feudal politicians of West Pakistan somehow makes it some chest beating issue for Bangladesh?

pathetic.

Same mindset that ends up with slave mentality PM's and little girls that wail in cricket matches.

I wouldn't waste precious sleep with what happened fifty some years ago. Water under the bridge. Bangladesh has moved on (other than Hasina) - and so should Pakistan.

Honestly - most people in Bangladesh don't really care....

Dredging up old issues doesn't help anyone - be they real or imagined or a mix in between......
