News reports say there has been a massive reshuffling of senior army officers. Musharraf has announced many new projects and has been campaigning for the last few months. I believe he is going to announce a date for elections which can be in September/October 2007.

I never miss Ayaz Amir column even though he is a strong supporter and a member of Muslim (N) !!!!.

Jokes aside, I find Ayaz Amir a balanced and objective columnist. I have disagreed with many of his comments but that does not alter the fact that he is a journalist par excellence and writes a 'must read' column every Friday.

Yes, I would vote for him too, if the people contesting against him are of lower calibre, which would probably be the case.

Niaz he is pro NS because he is an N-Leaguer. Has been MPA during Nawaz Sharif's last term and contested in last elections but lost.

Webby I don't think he is unpopular in his constituency. He will surely win this time on PML-N ticket.
