Well in Kerala the left won. In all the other places the congress alliance have won except Assam where Congress won.

Biggest states are most important as far as getting power at the centre is concerned.

However, that happens in General Elections.

These were state elections. The most they will do is change a few numbers in the upper house i.e. the Rajya Sabha. Won't do any change in the lower house i.e. Lok Sabha.
