Election Commission Resign | Shafqat Mehmood, Fawad Chaudhry, Shibli Faraz Press Conference

So how do one decide that institution has lost credibility ? Government instead of objecting state institution on media should file a reference if they really mean it ....tomorrow other parties might say that NAB has lost credibility....it seem all parties if they don't like any decision start blaming institution

.
now increase public pressure, surround all ecp offices with thousands of people demanding a resignation, don't leave until they resign.
They won't resign. They will be kicked by Supreme Court.

Govt will file a petition in SC if ECP officials do not resign voluntarily.

SC is hearing the Daska polling petition tomorrow - in today's written response to SC questions, ECP has blamed PTI Gov for installing it's favoured people in posts during elections.

Not in SC....only in judicial council ...process is same as to remove judge of SC or high court

? They blamed provincial government ...as EcP has asked to remove certain officer before election as they have right to..but government after removing it again reappointing same officer at day of election....I think SC will decide on this petition...

ECP's reasons for going beyond their legal remit to holding elections in all versus only in 20+ stations is Punjab Government installing a few people who didn't answer CEC's calls in the middle of the night. Seat 74 is neighbourhood of Daska (76), and during last election the polling station staff disappeared for more than 24 hours and yet the results were announced after a recount and mass removal of fake ballots.

Government is anticipating a major thrashing or smashing of ECP by SC tomorrow. And this latest presser is an added pressure on SC to make sure ECP is banged hard.

No ECP don't cross any legal limit ...they can order reelection as deem fit....further yes if SC thrash them tommorow then no issue ...government don't exert pressure to take decision in there favour ..EC has right to initiate legal proceedings and start contempt proceeding should they decide....like SC...EC can't be defame

.
JIT should be made and ECP should be probed by JIT that includes ISI, MI, IB. I am 100% sure that we will learn of tooi party paying off ECP.

ECP did cross the legal limit - calling for a full reelection is unprecedented. Also the petition filed by PMLN candidate was for re-polling in 20+ stations, whereas ECP went beyond that ordering full reelection.

Asking ECP members to resign is not defamation. ECP members have clearly been biased in their conduct and the whole public has seen different treatment of Daska and Gillani.

Public pressure does have an impact on Judges to deliver justice.

I think when the PTI foreign funded anti Pakistan regime is dissolved, there won't be enough mental hospital in the country to cater for all the tiger snowflakes who follow Dev Anand like a Messiah

Hmm, well, stay blessed in the company Sharifs, Zardaris, Diesel, etc. I am sure that wouldn't send you to the mental hospital.
It has not sent you to the mental hospital, because you are living in a mental house with thieves and looters.

Decision not based on rules and constitution is illegal ...ECP has legal right and election act/rules allow them to hold election again...pas practice is not legal ..legal is what written in election laws ...
And no opposition candidate did file addendum in where demand re election ..can opposition ask chief justice gulzar to resign ? Or any other judge they seem biased in there decision ? Or exert unlock pressure ? No it will be considered bias or attack on judiciary ..
The government should make Faisal Vawda CEC.
Shahbaz gill might be another choice to be free and unbiased

ECP can't give totally different rulings as and when they like! One ruling in Seat 74 and another in 76 2.5yrs later and then another in Gillani case.

Opposition has been barking against Judiciary for decades. How many times did Maryam alone attack Superior Judiciary and also ECP? She openly threatened ECP CEC claiming she has his videos!

Asking for ECP members to resign is not equivalent to an attack on judiciary. Government will most likely go to SJC and file references against these lot. Giving them an opportunity to resign first - it's not defamation or contempt of ECP.

new pandora box opened

looks like foreign funding case against PTI in ECP is doesn't look good

If this is the case then an intelligent move for face saving before going to SCP.
now increase public pressure, surround all ecp offices with thousands of people demanding a resignation, don't leave until they resign.

There are only two ways to send ECP officials home, one they resign which they won't and two sent through SJC and that is very difficult.
