Israel is a top 5 force. England is overrated and has cut most of its military budget. Japan is not as strong as Egypt.

Japan is stronger than every single middle east country conventially easily.
I don't think you know them well. They have more than 30 destroyers, 4 helicopter carriers, like 16 submarines.

They have more than 200 F-15, 100 F-2(F-16).

I think Japan should be 4th or 5th.

You are right, I underestimated Japan just looked up their hardware. Anyway the ranking have been edited.
