well thanks for all your bla bla , but this thread will not change anything as egypt will not change anything for pakistan , matter of fact we haven't gave a flying f*ck about US and europe calls to save mursi (yet you call us US puppet) , and you said we are not friends and pakistan is more civilized while most of your army leaders was in egypt this month to co-operate with our dictator , have you finished the problems in pakistan to discuss egyptian problems i don't think so , i am sure not a single thread of pakistan politics is done by egyptian as we don't care about your country as you are the one who lives in it not us , same for you (pak guys) we are who lives in egypt not you so whether he is a dictator or a flying angel it doesn't matter for you , have a nice day all

I can not disagree with what you say.

However you can not disagree that the world in general and Pakistan in specific has suffered because of the last Egyptian execution of the very similar nature; that of Syed Qutub.

Had he not been executed the way that he was, and the then ikhwan given a poitical face saving, aimen al zawahiri and his anti human campaign ( qaeeda et all ) wouldn't have started.

Just like you the Egyptian problems takes more than half the Quran
so do your misgivings and political mistakes are root cause of more than half of the world's problem.

So, yet please go ahead and eradicate the nut jobs; but make sure they don't spill over
and while you are at it, please do send someone in to clean up the remainder of zawahiri
and his goons.

I wish you best of luck.

I don't support the death sentence of Mr Morsi though, He was elected by a large portion of Egyptian people .Just saying Pakistan should not really interfere. Does Egypt even cares what Pakistan say? They are not our friends or foes, just another country dealing with its own internal problems.

say the truth when its needed, glad to see Pakistan moving out of Arab influence

Its shameful that egypt is ruled by a dictator in 2015. I expect better from them.

should we then call jamal abdul nasser a dictator too??

How do you know Egyptians rejected them in 2013? There is only one way to know this and it is Voting system but morsi was removed from bloody cop Not through paper ballot system.

the "representative democracy" system of multiple parties, voting system and per-five-year elections is not democracy at all... i don't like to give examples but was obama good for the world or modi good for india/south-asia/world?? after all, they won through a major portion of the populations... and in case of egypt, were morsi and his ikhwaan transnational reactionary criminal/terrorist group ( that is what they are ) good for egypt, africa and the world??

only direct-democracy is the true form of democracy, especially when guided by socialism ( The Green Book - I ), which makes it the simplest and most scientific of political arrangements of society.

in today's world, no nation can claim to have true democracy, though venezuela is moving forward.

was he elected by people via free and fair election, or just ruled because he could.

I think Pakistan's official stance and that of its citizens need to be recorded for the history. And, looking at this forum and elsewhere in Pakistani sites, it is obvious Pakistanis are overwhelmingly opposed to Morsi's death penalty. I too firmly oppose the death penalty.

Nothing good is going to come out of hanging Morsi. Nothing. On the contrary.

And thus whatever we say now should be referenced some years down the road, like they do now about Zulfi Bhutto's "Judicial Murder": Sources are referenced--including even Indira Gandhi--who asked evil Zia for clemency. It is important to record your voice for history. And the Pakistani govt, it's general public, and Imran Khan have done the right thing by opposing the death penalty.

We may not be able to influence events but we at least stood for what was "right" for everyone--including for Egypt.

glad to see Pakistan moving out of Arab influence

I have nothing against Arabs but I just don't want to see Pakistanis trying hard to be Arabs yet get rejected and treated like stool samples. We still have some shameless people who cannot be proud of their own culture and language.

to be independent of Arab influence means not supporting them on every moral and immoral issue but that doesnt mean we stop supporting them all together when they are right....and they are right to contain Iran

We should look out for our interests, that means keeping our relations with Saudis strong yet not go anti Iran. We have to find a balance or we will become a play ground of sectarianism like Iraq.
