India supplied 7 Dhruvs to Ecuador.One Dhruv crashed in an air show.After the enquiry was conducted it was found out that it was pilot error and nothing was wrong with the copter.The Ecuadorian air chief even said that the Dhruv is the best helicopter of it's class .
