ECP decides against de-seating 20 dissident PTI MNAs, dismisses references against them

When the Election Commission has become a lawyer for looters, PTI lawyer Faisal Fareed wanted to present evidence against the looters, But the ECP is not ready to see any evidence against the looters.
So will there be justice here?
Institutions around the world ask for evidence against corruption. But here refusing to take evidence.

Are you serious. Providing support to commit a crime is also a crime? These guys were living in Sindh house paid by PPP care to explain why? If they hadn't done what they did allied parties wouldn't have reason to vote against the government. Their actions and statements were very much the cause of NO Trust Vote and its ultimate success.

Yes ECP can't decide on the wishes of PTI.

If I am not wrong this decision is only for MNAs not MPAs. MNAs didnt vote but MPAs did vote.

I knew that this is what ECP would decide and technically they are right, as per the law they would only be de seated had they voted against the party position but as they hadn't so you can't deseat them.

However the MPAs would get deseated but ECP will delay that decision for a while longer.

This chairman needs to be replaced if you want to have fair and free elections.

No institute in Pakistan left with any self esteem, dignity, transparency. That situation arises from the multiple tenure under 'Mesaq-E-Loot Mar' from both k@nj@r dynasties of Pakistan.

To clear this filth the ministry of so-called 'justice' and courts should be privatised to China under 'one bullet-one head' policy.
