Their Hommous, Tabouli, Shish Tawook, Fatoush, Foul Mudammas and a dozen other things are super healthy. Persian food is too meat heavy in comparison. Mediterranean diet is totally superior to almost all other diets. Their disease free long life spans are a bonus. Lebanon has a life expectancy of 86 years. That is very high.
