Earthquake in Pakistan 24th September 2019

First of all, my deepest condolences to the family of the deceased and I really hope that damage is not massive.

That said, let me know say something which many will label as "conspiracy theory".

There was an American scientist Nikola Tesla, who said in 1940's that we have accomplished a lot of scientific milestones.

In September 22, 1940 in New York Times, he wrote an article on " 'Death Ray' For Planes ". In the same article Tesla said that we can trigger heavy rain & earthquake as well. Even a plan can be melted (at a distance of 250 KM) with the help of just a ray.

Later in 60's Dr. Michio Kaku (another american scientist) said in an talk show that CIA has used this technology in Vietnam war to trigger rain. The project name was 'Weather Warfare', which UN banned latter in 1977...

Now they have "HAARP", which has around 172 towers, it can release 3 billion watts of energy, released with 2.5 megahertz. With this some serious damage can be done to ozone layer and earth's temperature can be increased as well.

That said, I wouldn't be surprised if after 2/3 decades we come to know that such technology was used in Pakistan to inflict damage.

Also, I am wondering this earthquake was in Azad Kashmir, how IoK is doing? Any news of earthquake also hit IoK?
