Looks like Azeri may be wanting to put Turkish avionics ??

It's doable but Azerbaijan would have to pay for the cost of integration and testing. If they do so, they will have semi-subsidized the cost for the PAF too, so the PAF can also embrace that option. @Oscar

I think we don’t have anything pointing out to turkish avionics.
The translation seems too vague to refer to what electronics are being referred to.

Yep. The only variable I think is SOM integration (as Azerbaijan is now a user of that ALCM), but I don't believe that requires any integration to the radar or something proprietary to the Turks. And even if it does, it's unlikely to be a big thing outside of a comparatively minor subsystem switch.

At this point I think all negotiations rest on preliminary demonstrations and not concrete RFQ’s.
