After engineered floods, it has been noticed that US have increased frequency of drone attacks on civilians and so does TTP have increased bomb attacks on security agencies.

Does any one see a link?

. . . .
We can blame the whole world for our miseries..But the ground reality is that we dont have enough dams to hold the waters, and no contingency plans..
If we had the effing dams we had stored water for many years to come..

.
Engineered floods!?! Did we just waste our time in helping out an ally for absolutely nothing?

No...... you saved trillions of dollars in shape of free transit facility and tax reliefs.
You saved more trillions if you would have to airlift all your logistics from aircraft carriers.
I wonder what would have been the air route, if Pakistan would have taxing its airspace?

a non, bother to read the report in posted links above?
The said report is enough prof and still if you don't want to believe than it is your character.
one thing has been cleared so far that non has challenged single word from the report.

BTW.. this is not the single report which is connecting both US and Indian hand in floods.

Now tell us about connection of floods and sudden increase in drone and TTP attacks?

Yes, because the said report by an unknown blogger on the internet is oh so believable.

Can you tell me what credentials this bloke has that we should believe him? Is he an expert on Indo-Pak relationship, or does he have a PhD in geography or climatology?

The report mostly quotes Pakistani newspapers which are hardly more credible than he is.

Since you finally shifted the blame on referred news in report.
as a matter of fact, writer has quoted Indian news papers reporting Indian govt. who opened flood water gates of its newly constructed indian dams and Munda dam in afghanistan.
Pakistani news papers simply reported facts but if you disagree to any news than please be precise which news you disagree?

Another drone strike kills 3 in Datta Khel

The fourth drone strike in two days killed three more people in Datta Khel, bringing the total toll to at least 33. Earlier it was reported that at least 30 people were killed in three drone attacks in various areas of North Waziristan Agency. In the third incident since Tuesday morning, the US drones fired 10 missiles in Dargah Mandi area of Miranshah which killed 14 people. Earlier on Tuesday, the drones launched two attacks in Shawal and Qutub Khel area of the Agency which resulted in the death of 16 people. The pre-dawn attack – the third in less than 24 hours – was directed at the Haqqani network, a Pakistan-based group which is one of the toughest foes for foreign forces in neighbouring Afghanistan. “Several US drones fired seven missiles at two militant compounds early this morning, killing at least five militants,” a senior security official told a foreign news agency.

10 killed, several injured in twin US drone strikes in NWaziristan

Two US missile strikes in North Waziristan on the Afghan border killed at least 10 rebels on Wednesday, local security officials said. The first attack took place in Dandey Darpakhel village, five kilometres northwest of Miranshah, the main town in North Waziristan tribal district. A private TV reported that at least 10 persons including four children were killed and three injured in US drone strike Wednesday in Dande Darbakhel area near Miran Shah. On the other hand security officials claimed that "At least 10 militants were killed in the US drone attack which targeted the compound of a local militant, Abdul Aziz," a senior security official in the area told AFP, adding that the death toll may rise. Another security official in the region confirmed the strike and casualties. In the second attack, a US drone fired two missiles which struck a vehicle, killing four rebels in Amboor Shaga village of Datta Khel town in North Waziristan tribal area, 40 kilometres (25 miles) west of Miranshah. More than 1,040 people have been killed in 122 drone strikes in Pakistan since August 2008.

I'm confused now about the presence of terrorists and deployment of US troops in Qandahar?

U.S., Afghan forces launch assault in southern Afghanistan

Reporting from Howz-e-Madad, Afghanistan-- Hundreds of U.S. and Afghan troops pushed into insurgent-dominated areas west of Kandahar city early Wednesday, hoping to establish a foothold not far from the area where the Taliban movement was born.
The assault south of the main highway in the Zhari district by elements of the 101st Airborne Division was aimed at cutting off routes that insurgents use to move fighters, explosives and drugs into Kandahar, Afghanistan's second-largest city.
The operation, which involves parts of three U.S. battalions, as well as British engineers deployed to help clear hidden bombs, is one of the biggest troop actions in a months-long military campaign in the region. Stabilizing the area is one of the main objectives this year, U.S. commanders say.
Since its acceleration this summer, the Kandahar plan has run into repeated delays as insurgents have fought back — fiercely in some areas outside the city — and a U.S.-Afghan government effort to bring power, jobs and other services has proceeded more slowly than promised.
Western Zhari, an area roughly the size of Little Rock, Ark., is likely to see those difficulties deepen because loyalty to the Taliban runs deep.
The Taliban in the area "has a lot of foot soldiers, and I think these guys intend to fight," said Lt. Col. Peter N. Benchoff, the 101st battalion commander leading the operation.
Last month, Benchoff summed up the situation in western Zhari in even blunter terms: "Security sucks. Development? Nothing substantial. Information campaign? Nobody believes us. Governance? We've had one hourlong visit by a government official in the last 2 1/2 months."
Describing western Zhari as an "enemy-controlled area," Benchoff said it may take the next year and maybe longer to create enduring security and a permanent Afghan government presence.
His frank assessment underscores the difficulty that the U.S. faces in achieving stability in southern Afghanistan within the timeframe stipulated by President Obama, who has set a deadline of next July to begin removing troops from Afghanistan and handing off responsibility for security to the Afghan army and police.
It also underscores how the U.S. is learning not to overestimate what can be accomplished in southern Afghanistan, as it did in Marja, the town in neighboring Helmand province that Marines stormed in February amid overly optimistic promises that security and services could be delivered quickly.
Army Gen. David H. Petraeus, the U.S. commander in Afghanistan, has said the troop drawdown would be based on conditions on the ground. His point was underscored by Benchoff, who said U.S. forces would probably be in Zhari for at least the next 18 months.
Western Zhari has no permanent Afghan government presence, no open schools and no medical clinics, except for a primitive pharmacy in the local bazaar. The Afghan army battalion that is working with Benchoff's soldiers arrived only last month, and it is a long way from being able to handle security on its own.
"They've got brand-new soldiers and brand-new junior officers," Benchoff said of the Afghan unit. "Right now, they are deferring more to us."
The U.S. base hugging the highway is regularly hit by mortar rounds and rocket-propelled grenades. Three contractors working on the base were killed last week in a mortar attack, and a fourth suffered minor wounds when a round struck the tent where he was working.
Two miles south of the U.S. base is the village of Sangsar, the place where, in early 1994, Mullah Mohammed Omar, then an obscure local cleric, reportedly ordered a warlord who had raped two teenagers to be hanged from the barrel of a tank in the village square.
The Taliban movement that arose from that event eventually took control of Afghanistan in the mid-1990s and gave sanctuary to Osama bin Laden before the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in the United States. Today, the one-eyed Omar is believed to be hiding in nearby Pakistan — as is Bin Laden — and still presiding over the council of Taliban leaders who direct the insurgency in Afghanistan.
His home base, a swath of grape arbors, melon fields and small villages, has remained stubbornly aligned with the Taliban despite repeated coalition military operations over the years aimed at clearing out the insurgents. A Canadian-led force pushed into Zhari and the adjoining district of Panjwayi in 2006, but 28 personnel were killed and the force soon withdrew, allowing the Taliban to infiltrate back.
Benchoff said that, in the ongoing operation, U.S. and Afghan troops will gradually expand their presence in Taliban strongholds in coming months as they begin to understand the area better.
"We could come in here right now and make a bunch of assumptions and end up being wrong about the enemy," Benchoff said. "It takes a little while to figure out his game plan."

Since when did they move Munda dam from Pakistan to Afghanistan :what: and which Afghanistan dams did India build and which ones does it operate?

As for the report, no where in the report did the author linked an Indian newspaper which says that India is causing floods in Pakistan.
The only link I can find is this The Pioneer :: Home : >> Bhakra dam floodgates opened
where it is said that water was released from Bhakra Dam.

If you actually read the newspaper report, it says the water would be released slowly and that there is no threat of flooding in Punjab.
Besides, releasing lots of water at one time would flood indian villages first, so why would they want damage to themselves???
