Putin certain about further expansion of mutually beneficial Russia-China ties

October 1 - Russian President Vladimir Putin is certain about the further expansion of mutually beneficial ties between Russia and China to the benefit of the two countries’ peoples and for the sake of maintaining security and stability the world over, the Kremlin’s press-service said quoting a message of greeting from the Russian head of state to China’s President Xi Jinping on the occasion of the 66th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China.

"Putin expressed the certainty about the further expansion of the entire complex of mutually beneficial ties between Russia and China to the benefit of the two countries’ peoples and in the interests of ensuring security and stability the world over," the statement runs.

Putin spoke highly of the unprecedentedly "high level of Russian-Chinese relations of comprehensive partnership and strategic cooperation," which was fully confirmed at the recent summit meetings in Moscow, Ufa and Beijing. The press service said the Russian leader "noted with satisfaction the meaningful nature of the bilateral political dialogue, the dynamics of cooperation in trade, investment, energy humanitarian sphere and other areas and the returns from coordinated action in addressing major issues on the regional and global agenda."

There are so many places worth visiting in this region, National Museum(free), People's Hall, Qianmen ancient streets and city gates, National Theatre(so charming at night) ,and of course forbidden city and Hutong.

Beautiful!

A nice trip to celebrate national day, my friend!
Andrew is now in Shaoshan!
A galaxy of people!
Waiting for 2.5 hours in queue for Chairman Mao's former residence :(

A lot of people gave up driving, thus walking 1km to the memorial park.

At least 2.5 hours walking slowly in this queue!

Finally!
Some people gave up and left the queue in the middle, what a pity!

Soooo exhausted!
I don't have any energy for the rest of the park, exhibition, museum, plaza, tomb, theme park, mountain, creek, etc. Next time!

Now on the bus to Shaoshan'a HSR station back to the capital city, Changsha.

I seldom travel in national day.
Today I really get some ideas of the crazy tourism boom during National Day's 7-day public holiday.
I deserve a big dinner tonight! :)
