Example any missile takes of from Pakistan without knowledge of India will be assumed as Nuclear Strike. That's the reason we inform each other before test launching our missiles. One small wrong single from Pakistan will invite massive retaliation from India . It won't be a small tactical warhead on a dessert. But massive missile on nuclear stockpiles of Pakistan and all other cites. That's why even Pakistani defence experts says we won't survive nuclear war but India will due to huge land mass .
