I see eating bats has an effect on the Chinese brains too besides spreading deadly viruses across the world.
Brace yourself for what's coming after all this is over.
I am sorry it may offend you, since bat could be one of the zillion gods in India, along with rats and ant and others...
Btw, eating bat is a SEA tradition, not China's, that's why that famous girl uploaded the video to web, because she think that rare stuff is cool, you know stupid youth.
You should respect SEA's culture and tradition, like I respect your culture of eating cow dump and take a bath in cow piss as an indian.
Please, learn to analyze. In this case, the trend of a metric is far more important than the metric itself, which is clearly subject to local policy.
I kind of tired to explain that to you:
The virus has very high R0, and it can cause p2p transmission by people who is either health virus carrier or show mild or no symptoms yet, and the rate of death and cost to rescue of critical illed patient is significantly higher than treat mild-condition patients (there are already some treatment in China and Europe that worked with mild-condition patients or health carriers, reducing the risk for them to develop into critical condition).
So if you don't track back the social cycle of the patient and do sufficient test to people with risks, and don't isolate potential risks at earlier stage, then with the kind of R0 of this virus, the patients can easily grow at exponential rate, and eventually overpower the public health system with too many critical conditioned patients.
