I meant it as a joke brah....proud keeper of a Doberman Pinscher back at home.It's funny how it comes with a family certificate authenticating the breed.

Malinos is an excellent breed which is highly intelligent, loyal, agile and fearless. The fact that the SEALs opted for malinos instead of German shephards or Dobermans speaks volumes about the breed's caliber. And what-more, this breed being given proper training makes it a very lethal weapon and an awesome asset for any armed force.

Here is a video of an Israeli army Malino. Simply terrific. And if India is provided assistance by Israel in this field also, then I guess we'd be starting a completely new type of an 'arms' race.

nothing beats the german sheperd,labrador and rottweiler i have had the pleasure of having all 3,had a 2 year old labrador in the family when i was born ,when i was 8 we got a GSD ,4 years back we got a rottweiler

Nope they cope well enough with the heat as long as you make sure there is always a bucket of water available Baron could run 5 miles in 40deg with out a problem just drank like crazy afterwards but 5 minutes in the shade he was ready to go again. Incredibly intelligent dogs very loyal and nothing like 70kg of teeth and muscle on your side.

Labs are good at sniffing, searching and detecting explosives but not for a combat scenario. One dog which is perfect for every mission right from trackking missing people/jawans to taking down an insurgent is the German Shepherd. No dog beats him.

Say hie to Baron. My GSD used to be very active when he was young now coz of me over pampering he became very lazy and even thinks 10 times if hez off mood. But when he gets going even I some times feel intimidated...lollz!!

Dog looks like Alsatian, variant of German Shephard? I have white Alsation at home, he is taller/muscular than normal German Shephards we have in India.

i have two German shepherds . and they really feel the heat of Mumbai . most of the times they are in my bedroom , cuz of the AC i got them when i was in Bangalore . its really was a pleasant climate there .
