Pakistan did during 90's. We all know the bloodbath. Indian soldiers were famous for drinking soap water just to get sick or injure themself to get out of valley. Remember, Barking dogs seldom bits, we don't take modi chai wala serious. We might have a fat shrek at our end but remember, during 90's PAF was it's all time weakest. Similarly other Branches.
