لاہور ہائیکورٹ کے فاضل جج جسٹس سید مظاہر علی اکبر نقوی نے وکلا سے کہا ہے کہ ڈاکٹروں سے گلے مل کر معاملہ ختم کریں۔

لاہور ہائیکورٹ میں وکلا جوائنٹ ایکشن کمیٹی کے نمائندے جسٹس سید مظاہر علی اکبر نقوی کی عدالت میں گئے اور ان سےعدالتی امور بند کرنے کی استدعا کی۔ اس پر جسٹس سید مظاہر علی اکبر نقوی نے ان سے کہا کہ عدالت اپنا کام کرے گی یہ میری ذمہ داری میں شامل ہے۔

عدالت نے احتجاجی وکلا کو مشورہ دیا کہ سینئراورنوجوان وکلاء پھولوں کے گلدستے لے کرپی آئی سی جائیں، وکلاء ڈاکٹروں سے گلے مل کر معاملہ ختم کریں۔

جسٹس مظاہرعلی اکبرنقوی نے کہا کہ کوئی وکیل کیسز کی پیروی کے لیے عدالت میں پیش نہیں ہونا چاہتا تو اس کی اپنی مرضی ہے، لیکن مقدمات عدم پیروی پرخارج نہیں کئے جائیں گے۔

Let's figure out what caused the doctors turn hostile towards their patients and the consequent lawyer VS doctor brawl. The Pakistan bar council might also come in support of health professionals to force the govt to get their health reform demands fulfilled, so incidents like these don't happen in the future coz If the docs are happy, we all feelin safe.

They tried this gang mentality during Musharaf government.
