Do you agree with this islamic site's answer regarding abusive parents ?

For instance I imagine living independently in West , I'll be more safe there than my own country . Ironic , how people made it opposite to jinnahs dream .

But I've no wish to live in another country .. . I actually love my parents .. . Just that I want to grow up , . Nd I want it to let youth be safe nd independent .

More safe, how?

No perverts or cat callers in the west?

No rapists perhaps?

Job discrimination?

The only difference women in Pak face more here is parental control or husband/domestic issues...

There is no denying the fact that parents are held high and we shouldn't speak rude , disrespectful to them and obey them but they should also be kind to their children .

If they're refusing the rights of children then they should be remembered kindly the children's rights , if they still continued the
Unjustified abuse then the children do have right to defend themselves .. more likely thank them for every blessing and move out . But don't cut the ties , meet them sometime , send them money , provide helpers , give them gifts .. but there's no way to tolerate the abuse .
It's really sad how this Islamic sites are actually ordering the effected children to bear all the abuses and beatings ... I don't think God would agree with that .
Being kind to children is the right of children in Islam just like children being obedient Is parent's right .

Actually it's about society . Their society is habitual of letting youth live independent but it's not a custom here . Many challenges will be waiting .
And then The biggest difference is the rule of law and it's weakNess in Pakistan .

Abuse and “chittars” from parents are two different things.

And we're talking about the abuse not chittars . nd I do get it , I don't mind it as it's the strict version of parent's love .
But abuse to certain children is intolerable that should be teach to the Muslim children instead of telling them to tolerate it .
