Do Indian men lack respect for women?

Men in India who abuse women lack respect for themselves. Only treatment for these 'men' is to make them women with a rusty blunt machete.
Whats happening in Mumbai now? Its reaching Delhi's level.
CNN reporter sexually assualted on live TV in Mumbai:
Highlights:
1- There has been a terrorsit attack minutes ago in this area.
2- Lights went out and people start groping and tearing the dress of CNN reporter (mind it a terrorist attack just happened here)
3- You can hear the poor woman pleading 'stop it, stop it'.
