Basically, you are stumped on the fact that most of the so called terrorist attacks are actually false flag operations by the Indians themselves as well as the fact that all such incidents are activated to achieve results; your attempt to conveniently divert attention from the fact that India passed the controversial surveillance law immediately after Mumbai Operation which was being resisted before the Mumbai Operation is testament to the fact that it was a false flag operation.

And your misunderstanding of the word 'masquerade'; I could even have digested the word covert, for the dressing of fighters there. I know you are still hurting from Kargil and will continue to do so but does that mean you have to lie about it and to tag other incidents with Kargil?

The only issue is it wasn't covert to begin with, your Artillery was providing indirect fire, your supply lines were resupplying the forward positions, your ammo depots were utilized for logistic support and you were flying CAP to thwart IAF interdiction. As far as hurting, your Generals Brilliant plan, got your extremely brave and dedicated soldiers being roast to crisp by Indian bombing raids while rest of the forces had to watch in disgust to maintain "the narrative". If that to you is victory, I sincerely wish many more of such victories to your forces.

Now coming to your issue with masquerade, these were actual PA officers and soldiers, wearing civilian clothing, fighting with PA weapon systems and ammunition, with their ID cards in some cases with standard issue Pakistani Army comms on them. Their wardrobe change wasn't to blend in to a crowd for tactical surprise as you see in covert ops, it was to portray them as Mujhahideens, to please the official narrative, and thus the term Masquerade.

Thus a nation that uses asymmetric warfare, with very little dis-ambiguity between its state and non-state actors for conducting it's state policy and completely distances itself from it's actions, it is quite easy to extrapolate its complicity in terror acts , given non-state actors continue to thrive in the state till day.

It is kind of funny that India decided to attack for the suicide bomber which was a local Kashmiri but no retaliation for PAF airstrikes which targeted a military Brigade HQ, a battalion HQ and Supply Depots, and India accepts all this was an act of war. So India did have a choice, to stay quite like a good boy like it did after 27th Feb.
