BDR is under civilian administration through home ministry. They are not governed by military law or any court martial. Highest punishment in BDR for mutiny is 7 years of inprisonment. For murder and other crimes committed in the mutiny should subject to normal criminal court proceedings and the highest punishment should be hanging.

that student pic is barbaric, im saddened to hear that such a precious life is wasted, may he rest in peace, students are the key to success of any nation on the planet, they determine how things will change in the coming years.

Seeing such a precious life wasted shatters my heart.

I offer my deepest and sincerest condolences to the bereaved families and countrymen of the victims of this crime.

I hope the perpetrators will be punished, and lessons learnt from this. A commission should be set up, to find out how and why this happened, and make sure any concerns are adressed, and that such a thing does nto happen again.

I suggest the said findings be shared with the Pakistani authorities, so that we may learn from this incident too.

This was not a simple mutiny. The size, scope, and planning definitely implies that it was a conspiracy. By whom? remains to be seen.

I hope the results of the investigation are published. I hope the perpetrators as well as the planners are strung up by thumbs in BD jails.
