Personally I find Pakistani people open and dignified. I have links to Pakistan through friends and family and they are the first ones to help when you are in need.

But for the state of BD it is quite obvious that Pakistan and BD have different agendas. It would be foolish of us to join Pakistan's anti India bloc as we are geographically isolated from said bloc. And we are getting the benefits from those countries anyway (China is a major investor in BD)

Similarly although Pakistan has no real issue with BD, it has used our territory to hurt India. Arms smuggling, counterfeiting, anything that can hurt India has been channeled through BD. I'm not blaming Pakistan here, it's just the war they are involved in.

Friendship with Pakistan seems to mean that one has to become complicit in their schemes. And BD doesn't need the hassle.

So i say diplomatic ties should stay - but let's just keep it at that.

china has not occupied N.K despite NK being completely dependent on China, why will it occupy Pakistan? NK and Pakistan add voices to Chinese thought in the world stage.

I have said it before say it again, ISI concept has outlived its worthiness in this modern 21st century dynamics.....We cant tackle the modern challenges by a mere military intelligence agency.......We need a proper modern and normal civilian/military mix on equal footing Premier external intelligence agency. We need to now take the next step in our natural evolution in maturing as a state and analysing and finding out of box innovative solutions to tackle the modern 21st century threats. These military people dont really have much and real solutions.......

If Pakistan unilaterally want to severe diplomatic ties with Bangladesh, then we have no problem with that. Bangladesh will not do that. But Bangladesh will also not allow Pakistan to spread terrorism through it's diplomatic mission against Bangladesh or India or any other country. We reserve the rights to refuse entry of someone whom we suspect of ISI agents or other questionable characters or deed.
