LOL . The pact, even if it signed, will be no more than a token gesture with very little meaning.

There are very credible reports that China will supply BD with 50 J-10bs. China is hardly
likely to do this if it sees BD as little more than an Indian colony.

BD is not antagonising India right now as it needs a little more time to build up it's economy and military.
Once BD is stronger, then India can go take a hike.
