RAWALPINDI: DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor asked JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman to clarify which institution he was talking about earlier in his Azadi March speech, on Friday.

Talking to a private news channel, the DG ISPR said that Fazl should take his grievances to the concerned institutions.

“Posing allegations and taking to the streets will not solve problems,” said the DG ISPR. “Any type of chaos in the country is not beneficial for it,” he added.

He said that Operation Radd ul Fasaad was being carried out across the country so that lasting peace could be established.

“Pakistan Army is an impartial institution,” he said.

The DG ISPR said that even at this time, there was tension across the Line of Control (LoC) with India. He said that the armed forces had rendered sacrifices to achieve peace in the country.

"The brave tribal people and the nation spent the last two decades in difficulty," he said.

Maj. Gen. Asif Ghafoor said that if India dared to carry out any misadventure, Pakistan will give a befitting reply.

Fazl gives PM Imran two-day ultimatum

The statement from the DG ISPR comes a few hours after JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman gave Prime Minister Imran a two-day ultimatum to resign otherwise the protesters at the Azadi March would 'arrest' him from the PM Office.

In his speech, Fazl had said that participants of the march were peaceful people and did not want to clash with institutions. Fazl had said that the protesters did not want to clash with institutions.

The JUI-F chief had also said that he wished to see institutions in the country strong . He also said that a country's institutions should remain neutral.

Fazlu's march was organized and funded by agents of foreign elements who only want to see chaos in Pakistan so that they can try to make a case against Pakistan's nuclear assets.

The Pakistani deep state as usual is sleeping on the job and the institutions are playing the same old "wait-and-see" game plan.

There is no way corrupt elements can be jailed with dire consequences in Pakistan under the current system. There are rumours of Firing Squads in the air and the China Model to deal with extremely severe and crippling corruption is being talked about. This is scaring these elements because so far they have been able to get extremely preferential treatment and have not really faced any justice.

This is an attempt by certain elements to ensure that Pakistan doesn't enter the age of one week trials followed by Firing Squads, but chaos of any nature is a bonus gift for these anti-state elements and they will settle for nothing less.

Go to the courts.

The courts are already hearing cases against PTI for foreign funding and ATC is hearing case for attack on parliament and ptv too.

This government massacred TLP activists in broad daylight.

Ask Maulana don't involve us. OR address what we have done against democracy? . We always stand behind any democratic govt. Interview on Arynews.
1. We have ongoing operation, warn don't derail.
2. Name the institution who is meddling in politics or last election.
