DG ISPR on ICJ verdict: another 27th February for india...another surprise day!

If this is about strength vs strength.
India and Pakistan are in low intensity war and India can also do what Pakistan has done to Indian national in Iran.

I am happy you accepted the court reality to start off.

Now what you believe he is, or happened is irrelevant. So sit back, enjoy the show. This is one of the many ; )

.
The court clearly said

1) The death sentence do not stand.
2) Military courts not acceptable.
3) Consular access must be given.
4) Jadhav should not be tortured, he should be kept safe in Jail.

These 4 points prove that you didn't even bother to read the verdict given by ICJ

First read the verdict. Understand it. Take help from neutral experts and not idiots like Arnab Goswami

And you would understand that whatever I said is true

Now go and read the verdict and don't waste our time here :)

Yes Point a gun towards your own head and black mail the other party attitude of Pakistan.

If any thing happens to Jhadav, India has a strong case against Pakistan at UN to put Pakistan under diplomatic and economic sanctions.

The tweet is total non sense, may be ISPR twitter army.

3) Consular access must be given.
4) Jadhav should not be tortured, he should be kept safe in Jail.

Lastly ICJ gave a trashing to Pakistan to start behaving like a responsible nation.

The wording is "the court has held that Pakistan is guilty of internationally wrongful acts of a continuing character and it must cease those acts."

Definitely a surprising day for Pakistan for sure.

1. They asked for a review on the death sentence.
2. Never said that.
3. Yes.
4. I don't know. But I doubt it because that's not ICJ's position.

Going to need you to source 1, 2 and 4, please.

Hahaha, dude. Please. What's India going to do? Isolation attempt #1000?

Funny man : )

Do entertain, I don't mind. Like I said, sit back and watch.

you should check the verdict, what I have quoted is correct. These points are from Lawyer Harish salve's interview after the judgement.

It is a sham judicial system and sham court.

Is that why ICJ rejected your appeal to annul death sentence given by these so called sham courts?

The claims of Pakistan do not stand, the official narrative changed over the time in pakistan. The judgement came when Pakistan officially said that they no longer run military courts.

It is a sham judicial system and sham court.

No? Where did you hear that from. I feel 100% at this point you take your news from TOI or zee news, it is the equivalent of public tv in Pakistan:)

Well they are not true, nobody showed any such screen shot of an excerpt from the court decision. You need to prove it still. Areesh did!

Basically the judgement says, the trial is sham and needs a fresh trial, what does that infer?

ICJ accepted military court sentence?
or Military courts must conduct the next trial?

do not go by the ISPR words, this is a set back to Pakistan who used all kind of foul adjectives when arguing the case at ICJ.

If the death sentence stands, why the case must be reviewed with a different procedure?

what does that infer?

ICJ questioned the procedure of the trial and there by did not agree with Pakistani Military court.

Dude. The statement is right there. Do you want to read us out for you? From what part did you even infer that! Lol.

Not the case that is to be reviewed but the death sentence itself dummy. You can infer whatever you want, that spy is going to get executed :D

ICJ never said military courts are sham or trial is sham.

In fact it rejected your appeal to annul death sentence given by the same courts

That is a fact. How hard it is to understand that?

It only given a chance to review death sentence (which Pakistan was giving anyways) and that too under Pakistani law and even that review can be done under military courts

Get out of what you were told by Times now or Republic TV or Zee news

Read the verdict yourself. Try to understand it objectively.
