Until US blocks it again for a different reason. And, you know how easy it is for the US to find a reason against Pakistan or Turkey. It's easy as opening and closing a water tap.

I still think Pakistan should reconsider and invest with the Chinese. It'll save Pakistan 2-3 decades of headache and humiliation.
