Such outrages are common on both sides when it comes to China and India or even Pakistan - there's no respect or courtesy both ways, so we don't expect anything, that's not the case when it comes to other countries.

Outrage to the point of downgrading ties with China? When did that happen? Nobody was asking for Chinese heads on a platter when an Indian diplomat got assaulted(in a court no less) till he lost consciousness:

In Short, this is nothing but dramabaazi to people who have the time to note said dramabaazi. You know very well how the Chinese would have reacted to a similar "diplomatic offensive."

She is in permanent mission to UN....
US government or US court can't touch her now ....
