Cpec is not Foreign Direct Investment my friend. They are mostly financing the projects on built-operate-transfer basis.

Yeah, that's how much has so far been invested by China directly, not the total value of CPEC. Also, CPEC doesn't exactly fall under FDI, no one is reallly sure where it falls under, as a lot of its terms are under lock and key.

Then it's not a good news.If these projects r not under fdi,you will hav to give sovereign guarantee for ROI

A part from your prejudice. Sindh and Balochistan were already getting highest share from CPEC as originally envisioned from list of CPEC projects in February 2015

Most of the road infrastructure is being built in Balochistan alone a part from one section of Motorway connecting Sindh and Punjab and some upgrades here n there and couple of Highways in KPK and Gilgit Baltistan.

In energy projects, I had share breakdown of share and Sindh was getting most number of projects followed by Punjab and Balochistan

People like that poster you quoted will keep saying the same thing, because the money is being spent on crooks, not on the welfare of people.

CPEC's value will likely cross $60 billion by the middle to end of next year, which (and this is purely speculation on my part) puts it on track to cross $80 billion by 2020.

all these projects approved are new ...........
when they start to implement them they would definitely cross 80 billion dollars

Chinese bhi sochien gaye har theen char mahinay baad yeh Pakistani ajatay hain khaskol pakar ke. If they themselves offer a project then sau bismillah, but then we should work hard to just get projects off the ground and start repaying some of the loan aspect.
