Yes you captured territory in Kashmir sector when you outnumbered our troops 6:1 and had tanks operating in that sector which made Indian tanks look like matchboxes.

Your objective was to seize Kashmir not create insurgencies. Know your own history atleast its the very basic you can do.

All those gains neutralised in Punjab sector. You lost your objectives.. We gained/lost nothing. Just a preparation for big bang 6 years later

Ya you managed to start fire in your neighbors house....but now your house is in fire. No serious terrorist event in J&K for a long time now....and in Pakistan its a monthly affair. Didn't and haven't got an inch of Kashmir by starting the insurgency...but have put the lives of innocent Kashmiris as well as Pakistanis in danger. There is a cost of keeping a monster in your backyard....it needs blood, if it cannot cross the fence and reach the neighbor...then the owner is the next best thing.

How weak your army was? Then it would seem Pakistan lost its marbles in 1965 that they attacked a bigger neighbour with a weak army. Better tanks much better air force however it dint matter as in war tactics matter the most.

Till 1962 we had a PM who wanted to abolish the institution of army and only wanted armed police.
Pakistan had a superior armour corps for the duration of the war although they took a massive hammering in Punjab sector.

Our establishment opened a new front to relieve our outnumbered and outgunned troops in Kashmir which resulted in massive redeployment of terrified pakistanis troops from invasion of kashmir to desperate defence of lahore.

Did I denied that there is no terrorism in J&K?? There is but the scale of operation is now minimized ...When is the last time you heard of a bomb blast in J&K claiming 50+ lives and injuring hundreds?? As I mentioned previously, you are happy that you started fire in your neighbors house....but that fire has now put your house in fire. On the other hand the neighbor has managed to put down the fire and minimize the damage.
