Bangladesh is no ally of yours. Our government might be (puppet to be exact) but the military and people are in no way.
Also, even if an exercise is held, it will not enter Bangladesh or any other country's territory as it doing so is an act of war. That's why Chinese sub stalked the US aircraft fleet at International waters.

Well, whatever you may want to believe, the govt will not against us.

Maybe time for China to pop-up some submarines at the middle of the exercise.
