China and Russia still can counter this move alone by themselves but thay have to work together, HQ-19 S-500 may come online earlier then expected and also SIGINT/ELINT will be boosted, China have plenty systems which could overwhelm and take out THAAD deployed in SK but they will love to have SIGINT/ELINT which will be extremely valuable.

Yes they can, but SK and China have good relationship now, both are having good economic relationship which is good for region.

China can change the game if they topple the current regime in NK and bring system similar to China, allowing both Chinese and SK investment and reduction in tensions, while have more open borders between NK & SK.

SK fell for the ruse. OR maybe they have no choice. They are a vassal of the US and for the foreseeable future will listen to the US regardless of the depth of economic ties with China.

S.Korea enjoys a cordial relationship with China, but US has thousands of troops stationed in S.Korea,for now US is still their master, they hate it but there is nothing they can do about it for now.
