Because many of the states in India are under-represented in Army and majority of Indian Muslims live in these states. While some states over-represented in Army.

Thats about army and what about IA....It amuses me to see how much shameless and stubborn human can be..Deep inside you all know muslims are considered a security risk so they are not promoted to top ranks in army and also under represented in assembly....I can go to state by state analysis and show yu sikhs and muslims are living in a same state and sikhs are less in population but still there share in army is more.....
But by creating these feelings in muslims(SRK burst out is a recent example) you guys are heading towards a divide...A divide that will ruin all of you and your dreams of asian superiority.
