delhi has been ravaged and re organised 7 times before british made/shifted there capital from Calcutta/Kolkatta to New Delhi in 1930

According to Indian jounalists who visited both slums, Pakistani slums are better then half of India. Pakistani karachi slum is better then Mumbai lower middle class area let alone actual slum
