Lol 46 billion na hogaye kya hogaya

Source bhi daal bhai mere :)

that $46B is spread over 15 years so it's $3 bn per year... approx 1% GDP...that too will be paid to chinese companies who employ chinese labor.
so basically chinese take money from one pocket , put it in the other and ask pakistan to pay it with a profit.

Lol you stole my words a few years later Pakistanis will realize that unka Chinese be bana diya

80% of world cash flow through Pak.

Dollar worth nothing in a year.

Tonnes and tonnes of gold.

Is this common for the tall tales sold to Pak viewers?

Oye... How can you doubt such a credible source :o:
That guy is a researcher and has given a guarantee on TV.... what else do you need.
He has himself named it Gwadar Oil Mega City.
Even I believe him :enjoy:

Hehe.. the anchor doesn't. Listen to how close to the end, he mentions some other tall tales that people of Pak have been sold that never came close to fruition.

I am perfectly happy though for Pak to believe in such tales. The further from reality an enemy is, the easier it is for us.

Bhai log spare this thread from chit chat and keep it clean please. I came in a hope to see some new pictures and articles and all I see is naali with cash flow.

Interestingly, Pakistan has signed sovereign guarantee of atleast 18% ROI.. In some cases this can go as much as 30%... Just imagine the kind of deep $hit, Nawaz Sharif is taking Pakistan into... These people will be paying through their nose for roads used by Chinese to transport their goods... :enjoy:

Railways to import bogies from Amsted to speed up freight

New Delhi: For the first time in its history, Indian Railways will import 4,000 light-weight bogies from world’s leading wagon maker Amsted for Rs 400 crore to treble speed of freight movements, sources told Bloomberg TV India on Friday.

The bogies will facilitate faster movement. The technological enhancement is in the bogies which will run the wagons at 110 km/hr which is almost thrice as fast as the wagons running at present.

The imports of high-speed wagons assumes importance in the wake of the India’s ambitious plan to build dedicated freight corridors that can cut down on transport time and cost, reduce congestion along busy routes and help accelerate economic activity.

“Amsted will deliver the first tranche of 260 bogies to Railways within the next six months,” an official said. The plan is to import a total 4,000 bogies for Rs 400 crore.

In the first phase, the imported bogies will be used to carry iron ore and steel. “Only 2-3 iron ore mines will get to use the bogies in the first phase,” an official said.

Amsted Rail is world’s largest freight car component manufacturer apart from being the industry leaders in wheels, bearings, side frames and bolsters, and rail anchors.

Indian Railways association with Amsted is not new. In 2012, the Railways imported 9,000 high-speed draft gears from the American company.

DMIC infrastructure work takes off in Aurangabad
Ranjana Diggikar,TNN | Aug 7, 2015, 02.37 AM IST

AURANGABAD: Infrastructure development work at Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) project, worth Rs 1,533 crore, will take off at Shendra-Bidkin on 845 hectares of land in the first phase of the project. Tenders for trunk infrastructure components, such as road and utility services, rail over bridges (RoBs) and information communication technology centre, have been floated earlier.

DMIC general manager, Gajanan Patil while speaking to TOI said, "With a view to speed up development work for Phase-1 of the Shendra Bidkin Industrial Area (SBIA) in Aurangabad, infrastructure development work has kicked off with an investment of Rs 1,533 crore."

He added, "Earlier, on May 30, 2015, the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, had approved the construction of trunk infrastructure components and a city level special purpose vehicle (SPV) was formed as a joint venture between the Government of India (GoI) and Government of Maharashtra (GoM) under the name Aurangabad Industrial Township Limited (AITL). The share of GoI, through DMIC Trust, is 49 percent and the remaining 51 percent is held by GoM through the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC)."

According to Patil, MIDC has notified 10,000 hectares of land for the DMIC project, of which nearly 4,000 hectares would be developed in Phase-I. "Till date 3,200 hectares of land in Shendra-Bidkin has been acquired, while the acquisition process of remaining 897 hectares is in progress. Meanwhile, the infrastructure development work initially kicks off in 845 hectares of land whereas the master plan for infrastructure development work on 3200 hectares is being developed," he said, adding that a major milestone was achieved in getting an environment clearance too.

"The infrastructure work components include road and utility services, RoBs, information communication technology (ICT), sewage treatment plant (STP), common effluent treatment plant (CETP) and solid waste management (SWM), district administrative building (DAB) and landscaping of the SBIA in Aurangabad," Patil explained.

"To begin with tenders for ICT and RoB work worth Rs 115.77 crore have already floated last week. Further, tenders worth Rs 1,180 crore for road and utility services such as construction of roads, culverts, storm water drains, power cable ducts and drainage lines would be floated on Friday," he said.

Tenders for the administrative building, worth Rs 132.78 crore, STP and SWM, worth Rs 60.78 crore and landscaping, worth Rs 43.52 crores, would be floated next month, said the DMIC official. The ground work is expected to begin by November 2015.

The development of Shendra-Bidkin, as a manufacturing hub will generate a series of direct and indirect benefits through enhancement of GDP, establishment of manufacturing industries and significant employment generation. The development of Phase-I, based on sustainable and green building practices, will create a benchmark for urban development across the country, believe experts.

The government is developing the DMIC Project, as a global manufacturing and investment destination, by utilising the high capacity 1,483 km long Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC), as its backbone.

The project is aimed at the development of futuristic Indian cities that can compete with the best manufacturing and investment destinations in the world. It is being implemented jointly by the Government of India and the respective state governments. Eight Investment Areas, or Industrial Regions, have been identified for development in the first phase of DMIC, across six states namely Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.

Eastern freight corridor section to be operational this fiscal

By PTI | 7 Aug, 2015, 05.42PM IST

NEW DELHI: Expediting the flagship freight corridor project, railways will make operational a 56-km stretch between Durgauti and Sasaram in Bihar by March next year while whole of the dedicated track will be made functional in phases from 2017-18.

Aiming at swift transportation of goods, railways is constructing 3360-km-long track comprising both Eastern and Western corridors for exclusive movement of freight trains at an estimated cost of about Rs 82,000 crore.

Efforts are on to commission the Durgauti-Sasaram section on a pilot basis in the current fiscal, DFC Corporation Managing Director Adesh Sharma said here today.

While the Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) covers 1856 km, Western DFC involves construction of 1504 km long track.

Giving the timeline, Sharma said, "Our aim is to complete the project before time. While a small section will be operational before March next year, on the whole the Eastern and Western corridors will be made functional in phases beginning from 2017-18 to 2019-20.

Once they are operational, significant amount of goods traffic is expected to be shifted from roads to rail.

Currently railways share is about 36 per cent of total goods traffic and with DFC fully operational the share is likely to increase to about 40 per cent to 45 per cent, he said.

He said DFCC is using latest technology and machinery such as automatic track laying machines brought from US to expedite the project.

A 260-metre-long track is laid at a stretch by the automatic machine and it speeds up the project.

Funded by World Bank and partly by railways itself, Eastern DFC starting from Dankuni from West Bengal will pass through the states of Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Harayana to terminate in Ludhiana.

Constructed at an estimated cost of about Rs 1000 cr, the 56-km long track to be made functional first will have 18 manned level crossings.

It will be a double-line track and all the level crossings will be eliminated in due course as the aim is to make the entire DFC a level crossing-free track in the country, Sharma said.

There are a total of 989 level crossings on the entire DFC which will have to eliminated through the construction of overbridge and underbridge along the track.

Western DFC between Delhi-Mumbai is funded by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The double line track from JNPT to Dadri through Vadodara, Samand, Palanpur and Rewari will be 1,504 km long.

Sharma said more than 80 per cent land required for the entire project has been acquired and compensation is being paid as per the law of the land.

Railways is procuring 200 high power locomotives from Japan out of which 100 will be manufactured at Dankuni with transfer of technology from Japanese companies as part of an agreement.

The 9000 horse power locomotives will be used on the Western DFC.

Equipped with Train Protection Warning System and Mobile Radio Communication System, the speed of freight train on DFC will go upto 100 km per hour as against the current speed of 25 km per hour ( dumb journos o_O) .

With DFC operational, Sharma said the Railways will also come out with a time table for goods trains, which is not possible now.

It will take 20 hours to transport goods from Delhi to Kolkata or Mumbai on DFC which otherwise takes about 2 to 3 days now because of the saturation of path.

Dholera airport work to take off in Q3 of FY’16
Premal Balan,TNN | Jun 25, 2015, 03.27 AM IST

AHMEDABAD: The work on much awaited international airport at Dholera, a major transport link for the industries coming up in the 920 sq km Dholera special investment region (SIR), is likely to begin in the third quarter of 2015-16.

The Airport Authority of India (AAI) has approached Union ministry for environment and forests (MoEF) for final environmental clearance. The public hearing for the proposed airport, some 20 kms from the port town of Dholera in the Gulf of Cambay, was completed in April with no major objections raised by the local villagers.

The airport was the dream project of Prime Minister Narendra Modi when he was the chief minister of Gujarat. It is being touted as the second international airport in Gujarat, about 100-km from state's financial hub Ahmedabad.

The state government has formed Dholera International Airport Company Ltd (DIACL) as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for development of the airport. "The airport will be developed alongside the activation area of the SIR spread in 22-km radius. The development of the SIR and the airport complement each other," said Amit Chavda, managing director, (DIACL).

"We have completed all formalities from our side and sought environment clearance from the centre. Since there were no major objection to the project we hope to get clearance soon," he added.

The airport will come up on 1,426 hectares of land near village Navagam in Dholera block. DIACL has also applied for in-principle approval from the ministry of civil aviation for the airport project supported by Japan International Cooperation Agency.

The airport also assumes significance as it will come up in Dholera SIR (DSIR) which is node in Gujarat for the proposed Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) between Delhi and Mumbai covering a total length of 1,483-km and passing through six states.

DSIR is being developed by Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited (DMICDC).
