Sikh groups can never do anything even at micro level to harm India. Sikhs were born to protect India from invaders. 1984 was once in a century and was done by bunch of congress people. 99.999% people had no connection. Khalistan was supported by Pakistan. But since it failed a decade back by a Sikh only (Gill), They feel uncomfortable how Insurgency destroyed so early. On Worst case scenario, we will send 1 Sikh Regiment to border.

Agree with you. there is no animosity btwn Sikhs and Non Sikhs in India. Recently my friend get married to a sikh Boy. 1984 (the darkest chapter of India) was done by Kongress slaves to show there aligence to there masters(gandhi family). They who did the riots got better place in knogress government.

I never found any big difference between Hindu and Sikhs. 1/3rd Sikhs-Hindus have Inter-marriage. Festivals, Customs, almost all have very small difference. 75% Hindus in Punjab go to Gurudwara. Hindus and Sikhs are like born brothers.

84 riot was all done by small section of Congress leaders whom everyone hates. Common people had no connection. It happened only in Delhi and even 99% Punjab areas were not affected. Khalistan movement supported by ISI also failed because public didn't supported. Today, Akali Dal + BJP has government in Punjab.

as far as i know, IM is an indian phenomenon only.....a homegrown terror group, much like the many other ones operating in the country (e.g. Naxalites, ULFA, etc.)

Sikhs & Khalistan are directly related to the topic of the thread, Pakistan isn't. If it is found that the Sikhs were indeed responsible for the Delhi attacks, then of course it be as a result of grievances from Operation Blue Star & the Khalistan Movement.
