Defence experts condemn Pak, says will be futile if it raises Kashmir issue in UN Sep 25, 2:37 pm


New Delhi/ Bhopal, Sep 25 (ANI): Defence experts on Friday condemned Paksitan and said that it will be futile if it raises Kashmir issue in UN general assembly. Defence Expert Major General (retired) SR Sinho said that raising the Kashmir issue at the UN General Assembly is meaningless unless Pakistan stops terrorist activities across the border. He maintained that Pak has gone to the UNO raising the Kashmir issue, but nothing has happened. Defence Expert PK Sehgal said that internationalizing the issue won’t help because Pakistan is an isolated state presently. Another Defence Expert Praful Bakshi said that India should definitely respond in any such case but the way of giving reply will be something to see. Earlier, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) today had said that India will reply if Pakistan's Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif raises the Kashmir issue in his address at the UN General Assembly.

I agree. Raising this "issue" is just Pakistan talking to itself, nobody else gives a rats behind to these rants which are meant for internal chest thumping. Its equally foolish of Indian defense "experts" wasting their time giving credence to something they claim is of no significance.
The desire for these "experts" to pronounce on every insignificant fart from the other side has more to do with seeking personal relevance.

so what you saying is that these experts get the elevated status once they talk about Pakistan? even on the issue as small as Pakistan merely taking kashmir to UN which like you just said is a non issue for India and no one in the world cares about

Kashmir is like flogging a dead horse. Pakistan's PM should instead follow in Modi's footsteps and get cracking to attract more trade and investment. That's the only way Pakistan can move forward and aim for regional status.

Harping on Kashmir like a broken record while the world sniggers, is a self goal because the world cares a hoot. There are more pressing issues to take care of like enhancement of trade and improving the economies of nations across the world.
