A Hungarian diplomat informed an Indian diplomat in Ottawa that the Canadian government was aware that Chinese scientists were being given access to facilities with Canadian material in Pakistan, despite the Karachi Nuclear Power Plant (KANUPP-I) coming under IAEA safeguards.

IAEA doesn't forbid ppl from entering the Nuclear Power Plants lol

Plus after Indian Explosion in 1974 Canada stopped providing any kind of support for KANUPP-I because "Pakistan was not a signatory of NPT" blah blah blah so Canada's and it concerns can **** off, they are the ones who broke the contract. Anyway Pakistan assembled many parts of KANUPP-I on its own and kept running the power plant. The fuel was meant to run out in 1976 and Canada was not going to provide us anymore but we even made that in just 2 years.

The day Pakistan detonated nukes..many Indians shutter their shops in main Chicago and run to safety of their homes..thats how scared they are of a rag tag gang warfare...why? because after India detonated nukes...Indian gangs were all over the place harassing Pakistanis as they have just conquered the US....
