Let me reiterate - There is no law in Indian constitution which bars Muslim Non-Indians from serving in Indian Army. This is an unprecedented scenario where few Afghan army cadets are stuck in India. If they wish to seek asylum in India, India should grant them. Their skills are most suited to surrendering without a fight, so Indian army may look to induct them.
