His end life realities and facts are unknown, and he might have repented.

It is the white superiority complex that they want us to understand them. They think they are all wise, can do only 'enlightened' things. They consider us backwards in arts, thoughts and philosophy. So, they want us to adopt their mentality and likes and dislikes (famous "our ways of life and values").

That likes/dislike can be religion, food, dress, architect, etc etc. Therefore, the good response for us is being proud to our own things and presenting them in the best possible way. For instance, why we didn;t develop our atar perfumery and die for french ones.? Why we celebrate with chocolates/cakes only, we should value our own sweets. Same goes for religion/arts etc
