One thing is for sure those AK-47 and other arms in the picture are totally new. This means that terrorist inside Pakistan don't have large weapons stock now left and they need arms. Secondly there will be more attemps to smuggle in more weapons. So it was a wise decision to close western borders. To stop terrorism you need to stop the arms from flowing into the country.

Wtf is prima cord? It's primer cord! :( god job by the authorities! Are those Norinco Smg 7.62 would be interesting to look at stamps. Afghanistan local police force ( not national police) were issued with a large batch of SMG 7.62 tender and supplied by Norinco.

These look like they have been in storage!

Hmm new guns coming in from Afghanistan. That means not made in Darra. Which implies they are Russian made purchased by afghan gov and being shipped into Pakistan by NDS.
But this time not gonna happen like they did in the past . Our army is giving them a tough so called DANDA

There is too much corruption in Pakistan. Police, judiciary, military, pooliticians and media are corrupt as well. Until there is no strict punishments there will always be trouble ahead.

There is need to reform judiciary and need to setup intelligence based information system for quick justice.

These rogues have everyday hearing in supreme court where as poor spend life waiting for justice.

Most of the news by police and agencies i don't believe as the police have bad reputation and bad history behind them.

lol, This means they want to arm few terrorist left with in Pakistan so we need to keep close eye on the river basin as that is the route mostly used by terrorists or smugglers to ship weapons.

The quality and machining is too fine to be Dera Arms(Pakistani tribal belt arms factories) and Without looking at the stamps one can only presume that these are Russian/Chinese sold to Afghan local police https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afghan_Local_Police

Human rights watch has complained on several occasions that the ALP sells its weapons to local militants.

simply request the chinese to stop selling them to the police and make a show of it and say the police are selling guns to the taliban against pakistan, and the russains would follow suit.

..mass deportations of afghans... It has to be said, now is the perfect opportunity.. Sympathy is with Pakistan right now, throw caution to the wind. But I'm guessing an extension for afghan refugees is on the agenda for Mr. Sharif soon.
