Yes. Afghanistan can benefit by having access to Gawadar but they have an option of using Iranian ports too.

Afghanistan can only use Chabahar port. And Iran is under sanctions. Good luck working with Iran.

Very interesting development, Pakistan, Central Asia and China is interconnect, CPEC will become more interesting day by day, this will bring our relation even more closer. After road we can think about rail and then pipeline

Making or planning any project in Afghanistan is nothing but a big mistake, good they deserved to be ignored because of their incompetence.
